The Orville - Episode 1 (2017)

This curious series, which s not clear whether it is a homage or a parody of Star Trek, began with a chapter in which Time Travel played a small role. The scientific discovery that should not fall into the wrong hands is a device that creates a bubble in which time passes faster that outside it. There is even the question whether the effect can work backwards in time, but since the answer is no, there is no paradox involved (see the video clip below) We know that, in fact time passing at different rates is predicted and experimentally proven within Special and General relativity. It is curious that in The Orville this effect is attributed to quantum mechanics, which is so far incompatible with General Relativity, but I would not read anything into this until I watch Episode 5, in which we will see some more on time travel.
